I would not use this company again. These movers broke a ceiling light while packing and didn't tell us; my wife discovered the damage while they were driving to the new house. In addition to not telling us, instead of cleaning up properly they swept the broken glass under the rug which I discovered when I cut my hand on it later. They also damaged drawers when reassembling the wardrobe. See the photos attached of the damages. What is really misleading is that they say in their offerte "We are insured up to €100.000 for damage to your contents and home." but buried in the fine print of the terms and conditions pdf, they say the client has first to pay a deductible of up to euro 250 for any damage and they are only liable for the remaining cost. As the light was less than 250 they say they will pay us nothing for this damage or any other damage they did (also made a dent in the ceiling in the new house from not carrying carefully) They also had large grey boxes in their van which took up a lot of space and didn't offer to let us put things in these boxes except the TV which meant we had to put our clothes into the tiny moving boxes which we didn't have enough of for all the clothes to be moved.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. They had delivered the moving boxes 3 weeks in advance so everything went very quickly. We moved from Utrecht to Arnhem but the whole process took 4 hours. The good thing is that they check the amount of the load in advance and give you a fixed price, except for the lift (which is reasonable). Highly recommended.

Very friendly service, Gerard, the owner, & Team Leader on the day spoke good English so made life easy for me as an ex-pat! Attentive and efficient. It was a big job and 2 long days but done with smiles & good humour throughout! And good after service with collecting empty boxes (much) later at a time of our choosing. Definitely use them next time. And good to use a local service (Den Haag)

They recently moved my family to our new home. Super happy with them. Extremely professional, and flexible. They have very experienced people, and take good care of things when packing efficiently their trucks. It was really impressive to see. Would totally recommend!!!

Really good service, fast and accurate (more than 50 boxes + furnitures + 1 bed do disarm and rebuild in 4 hours), fast pick up and delivery of the boxes. Competitive price. Suggested if you need a mover!
