Proceed with Caution In July 2024, we hired this company for a move. We received a formal written quote for €503. However, on the moving day, the crew demanded an additional €300 in cash, stating that they would not continue the work unless it was paid. Later, the company acknowledged the overcharge and promised a refund, but almost a year later, the money has still not been returned. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered. Based on our experience, make sure to confirm all costs in writing beforehand and keep a complete record of all communications to avoid unexpected charges or refund issues.

Good prices and Good quality service! The movers were quite careful with the furniture and made sure everything was transferred properly and swiftly!

Service was okay. Guys could definitely be more professional, and I did find some scratches on my desk. Communication between movers and office is bad. They sent 3 instead of 2 movers (I did not have to pay extra), and the fee for riding with them turned out to be higher than the office told me. 1 star review for balance, since they put you on the spot at the end of the move to make you feel like you should leave a positive review. Overall, I STRONGLY recommend other services. Bad communication between movers and office makes them unreliable.

Quite an experience.. I ordered three movers but 2 showed up but they pretended for a long time they were with 3 - very strange. Also they kept on complaining how heavy everything was but carried multiple boxes at once. Also they damaged a lot of stuff, dropped things, but heavy boxes on light ones etc etc. Also I never received a receipt which I asked for. Would advise the other moving company with similar name Student Verhuizers Amsterdam.

For a relocation on a budget they do the job. They gave me a quote which was half the price of other professional companies. Anass & Mohamed top guys!
