They were excellent and help a lot!
It all started good on the morning of the move, untill I was advise that we need one more removal truck even though two year earlier all the same furniture fitted in the same cubic size as per the original quotation. It got worse when I had to leave before they were finished uploading. My Neighbor phoned me when they left at 15H30. It then took them more than 4 hours to drive from Rotterdam to Groningen. Also not adding up was that 2 of the trucks were only packed to half the capacity. In the end a €2800 quotation cost me €5300. I do not think that they acted very honorable.
Fred and his coworker were friendly and fast when we asked for their help in moving to our temporary home last week. We absolutely plan on using their services again when our home is ready in a few months. Recommend!
Fred is very friendly and helpful. It was one of the smoothest moving trip I’ve had in the Netherlands. Also his three dogs are very cute, a nice touch during my moving trip!
Friendly, knowledgeable service. De eigen rijder quickly and efficiently moved furniture and appliances from our property taking extra care not to damage our brand new wooden floors in the process. Fred always finds solutions for any issues that crop up during the moving process. We've now used this service three different times and have been very happy each and every time. Highly recommend them.
