We had a great experience with them. They are friendly, answered all our questions before the move and did a great job for the move. We were recommended them by a friend who also had a great experience.
Great guys, fast move, no hurry giving their boxes back. There was a little damage to a few of our things - inevitable I suppose - but they offered good restitution money without even being asked!
A huge thank you to Jordy and the Charly's team for a difficult job that you executed so well. The team recently helped us with a large appliance removal and replacement that was made quite complicated by the stairs and narrow hallway. The team handled it expertly with professionalism, friendliness, and total competence. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!
Great moving company. Transparent about costs, helpful, communicative and professional. Even in 30 degrees temperature they fully moved our apartment from Den Haag to Leiden in less than 5h. No scratches to the walls, no damaged furniture and no nasty money surprises. Everything went perfect. Would 1000% recommend to anyone!
Outstanding job by the guys. Moving out was quite easy, because the lift could be set on the balcony. Moving in, however, was completely different story, as due to no acces to the balcony, all my stuff needed to go in through the window of the bedroom. All went very well, also the guys were extremely nice and helpful. Fully recommend this group of professionals becuase they really now what they are doing :)
