Moved today. I recently received a quote after a home visit. Today, three friendly and courteous gentlemen moved everything to our complete satisfaction. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently. We didn't have full service, but I still got some help assembling a difficult piece of IKEA furniture. No stress, no hassle - everything went very smoothly.

Our move from Rotterdam to Utrecht in December 2022 left a bad taste in our mouths. First, they sent one man to pack a four-person household with storage in one day, meaning that on the second day, in addition to loading, they also had to pack. Despite instructions that not everything from the children's room should go to the children's room but to the office, at least 30 boxes were still in the children's room the next day, and we had to carry them back down ourselves. And the icing on the cake was that they'd forgotten some things in Rotterdam, which we discovered by chance. And now we can't contact them when they'll come and collect the 80 boxes that now occupy our entire shed. Everything is finally finished, but I can't really call myself satisfied. Now, four months later, we open the last boxes and find that they've packed the last fragile items without any protection, and a precious figurine is partially broken.

We took our time letting the gentleman in so we could move our belongings properly. When he left, he said we'd receive a quote after the weekend, and I'm still waiting for one! I assumed this company would act professionally and honestly. I wouldn't recommend them; they'll come and see if it's a job they want to take on just to make money off you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has absolutely no understanding of the situation and no sense of space. Antisocial behavior!
