The move went well overall. Due to some miscommunication, there were a few minor errors. One cabinet wasn't quite right either. After a review, the company contacted us and offered to fix the errors. They were very customer-focused and friendly. Clearly, customer satisfaction is a top priority. The movers worked for a good 10 hours and had to drive through a huge traffic jam when we wanted to move our belongings.
The team at VerhuizenRondomArnhem deserves a compliment for their friendly and highly professional approach to our move. Everything was handled as agreed upon. Price-wise, the quality was excellent and highly recommended.
In December 2020, we were moved quickly and professionally by Rob and his team. Communication was clear, and agreements were always honored. If you're looking for a hassle-free move, we highly recommend this team!
Moving is stressful enough as it is. It's an absolute blessing to have movers who take care of everything down to the last detail. What's more, they're also such hardworking, friendly guys. When I mentioned at the end of the day that the washing machine needed to be moved to the attic, they didn't even bat an eye; it was simply done. They really put their shoulders to the wheel, fantastic!
