Sorry to say but he made me feel as if I am the service provider and he is paying me to shift the goods. Very unfriendly attitude. A little more customer service attitude will help the business to grow. They provide the invoice after sending 2-3 request emails and 3 weeks later. I think getting the invoice asap is the right of the customer. In short, don't waste your money and energy here. Better look for something professional. Also, de UNIKE CONCEPT is that they hire local handymans in the cities where verhuizing has to be done.

Warning about this fraudulent company. In our experience, they overcharged us and outright stole money. They also heavily damaged both the items that were meant to be moved and even the building.
