Firstly we made a appointment for 6:30 on the 3-10-2025 as i lived in an area where vehicle access is only possible between 6:00 and 11:00. Needless to say they only arrived at close to 8:00. I was promised two experienced movers but i recieved two young guys and in total i lost a hour for them trying to remove and put back a window, wich i told them would not work to move everything trough. So me and my wife had to start moving the boxes as we didnt want more time to be lost. Secondly all our boxes was not handled with care at all. It was turned upside down and some were slided down stairs. Our dishes or plates also got chipped and the pillows of the couch was also thrown donw the stairs( i know its soft but the ground was dirty and the pillows got stains due to that) me and my wife also had to go and fetch our bicycles at the train station (wich took us half an hour) wich by that time there was only a few things left to move but when we got back everything was still the same as we left. I dont care if they take a break but i feel like i shouldnt be charged per hour and i still need to pay for the time of breaks. I also had a agreement with a guy in office about the lift. He told me over the phone that “if they dont use the lift, i wont need to pay for it”, which i also had a phone call with in the week before the move as i sended him photos of my windows and i told him that i dont think the lift will work, and now i still need to pay for the lift because i misunderstood his words for “ if we bring the lift and dont use it, you must still pay for it”.. i also signed a quote on the same day after the move but i also recieved a higher quote to pay via email 2 weeks later.

Excellent service. Easy communication while planning the moving day. We finished earlier than expected and this was deducted from the original offer without any question. A very kind team, they arrived on time as planned, everything was handled with care and placed upon request in the destination. The team was super nice and efficient, we really enjoyed our moving day thanks to them. Most striking was the way all of them treated our dog and cat which were stressed - at one point three guys were petting our Mastiff dog to make her feel home in her new place, loved it :).

We arranged for the transportation of our belongings from the apartment to the house, including the disassembly and assembly of furniture. The team worked efficiently and quickly, delivering everything safely and placing the items in the correct rooms. You saved us a lot of energy and nerves. Thank you very much!
