I've moved with Bronz Moving Company twice now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with their service. The team is incredibly friendly, fast, and handles my belongings with care. Very satisfied with the move! The movers arrived right on time and were immediately friendly and professional. I offered them a cup of coffee, after which the contact person walked me through the house to thoroughly review everything. After that, the entire team got to work quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled with care, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They were hard workers and all friendly people. I would definitely recommend this moving company to others!

⭐ 1 star – DON'T FALL FOR IT!! Bronz moving company (contact person: Mario) lures you in with attractive prices, but ultimately, you're in for a rude awakening. They didn't send a handyman, still needed a moving lift even though they told us it wasn't necessary at the intake, were half an hour late, the movers barely spoke Dutch, had to move boxes to the correct location ourselves, and ended up paying over €1000 in extra costs. The atmosphere became grim, the mattress was damaged, the cupboard wasn't assembled, and the washing machine wasn't connected. We thought we were getting a cheap deal, but ended up paying more and being more stressed. Absolutely not recommended! We thought we'd found a reliable and affordable moving company, but unfortunately, it turned into an extremely stressful experience full of extra costs, poor communication, and downright rude treatment. Here are the facts so future clients know what to expect: 1. Appointment & Intake • During the video intake with Mario, we were assured that a moving lift wasn't necessary (we live on the first floor). • A handyman would also come along to disassemble and reassemble furniture. • Based on our estimated furniture size, it would be ready within 4 hours. Moreover, we were moving only 900 meters away (a 5-minute drive). 2. Moving Day • The team showed up half an hour late. • It turned out that a moving lift was suddenly needed after all, but it didn't arrive until around 11:30 AM. The entire moving process should have been completed between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This caused a delay (additional costs), and we were forced to use a lift anyway (also extra costs). • The agreed-upon handyman didn't show up until 11:30 AM, after numerous phone calls. We also had to pay for this separately. • The movers barely spoke Dutch, so we constantly had to call an intermediary for translation (which cost a lot of extra time). Our preparation with colored labels (per room) was completely useless: they didn't understand it, and we still had to carry the boxes to the correct floors ourselves. 3. Extra Costs • The elevator cost an extra €100 per hour, and an extra man was called in for €36 per hour. The extra hours amounted to €156 per hour – all of which were not agreed upon in advance. • We were clearly lured in with a good price, but ultimately received a bill that was over €1000 higher than agreed upon (they wanted €1800). • After a long and unpleasant discussion, Mario "rounded" it up to €1500, but that was still much more expensive than agreed upon and more expensive than other moving companies we had quotes from. 4. Damage & Negligence • Our €2000 mattress was delivered damaged (with a tear in it). • The cabinet wasn't reassembled and was even placed crooked in the room, forcing us to move it ourselves, damaging the walls. • Cabinet doors were left behind in the old house; we couldn't transport them ourselves and had to dispose of them with the bulky waste. • The cabinet screws weren't left behind. • The washing machine wasn't reconnected. 5. Communication with Mario • Mario didn't respond to phone calls or messages during the move (he was free). • When he later returned by phone, he yelled at me and tried to shift all the blame onto me, even though he was the one who had conducted the intake. • Mario didn't let the movers leave until we had paid on the spot and was so blustering that it was impossible to have a normal conversation. The atmosphere became downright grim. Conclusion: We are deeply disappointed with Bronz, and especially with Mario. What seemed like a "cheap move" turned out to be much more expensive, messy, and stressful. Don't fall for it – find a professional moving company that keeps its promises.

Extremely satisfied with our move from Amsterdam to Nijmegen! The movers worked perfectly, were friendly, and professional. Everything went smoothly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
