Don't do business with them!!!!! I moved through UTS four years ago. They make a lot of promises but don't deliver. Furthermore, after four years, they still show up with invoices that have already been paid. This is a very annoying way of doing business. Their administration is a mess. My advice is not to pay!

For over 30 years, we've stored our extra household goods at CA. v.d. Lee without any problems. But... I haven't sorted through everything or added mothballs myself for eight years; I was away for a long time. Unfortunately, everything made of wool was found completely destroyed (rugs, tweed handmade clothing, antique blankets). All the old photo albums, LPs, and furniture are covered in a layer of black gunk: rotten. I've taken almost everything with me to clean it. I've been working on it for days; I'm getting a rash from the black, nasty stuff on my skin. Very sad and very tiring.
