We had to move a table top to the 2nd floor and using a lift was our only option. We had multiple road restrictions and road works on our street so it wasn't an easy ask. Snelle Verhuizers were so helpful and understanding. The move was quick and painless! Thank you!

Unreliable mover. I would not recommend this company. The invoices were send rapidly pay now! What about the law to pay within 30 day’s. The damage made by the company is denied. In short if you want to have a movers nightmare this is the company.

Avoid this company at all costs. I was quoted €900 for about 20 boxes and some large furniture, but the move turned into an almost 8-hour ordeal with a much higher, inflated bill. I understood I had more boxes than originally estimated, but that still doesn’t justify the extreme delays and unprofessional behavior I experienced. At my old apartment (4th floor, no lift), they wasted nearly 2 hours doing nothing. One sat on Instagram, another wandered back and forth fetching tools, and they refused to carry items until the crane arrived. When it finally did, they loaded only a few boxes at a time to drag things out since they’re paid hourly. The treadmill became a complete disaster. We asked multiple times for it to be prioritized since it was the one item we couldn’t move ourselves. Instead, they packed the truck with everything else until it was full — leaving no room for the treadmill. When I told them to rearrange things, one mover phoned me while in the background the “handyman” swore “kanker” (a very offensive Dutch curse), assuming I wouldn’t understand. At the new house, they wasted even more time trying to force it through the doorway, even though it clearly wouldn’t fit fully assembled. They stood around debating it until I had to step in, point out which screws to remove, and show them how to take off a panel. Only after I explained it did it finally fit. This was something they should have known how to handle from the start. At the new house, they also unnecessarily set up the crane (which the boss had said wasn’t needed) and stood around talking instead of unloading. They only sped up after I phoned their boss. I ended up carrying boxes myself, guiding them on how to reassemble furniture, and even showing them how to do their jobs. Despite all this, they still left behind major furniture, forcing me to rent a car and hire another company. To make matters worse, the next day I noticed damage: scratched floors and a badly chipped desk, with likely more to discover. Their attitude throughout was appalling — swearing, muttering insults, and mocking me in Dutch. In short: what should have been a straightforward move became an overpriced disaster. Slow, dishonest, careless, and offensive. **0/5 — stay far away from this company.**

Misleading Quote, Poor Communication, Slow Work I received an initial quote for my move and, two weeks before the date, removed half of the furniture from the list. I informed the company twice and was assured this would reduce working hours and reflect in the final cost. Despite halving the load, the total moving time remained unchanged. When I questioned this, I was told that removing the items had no impact on loading/unloading time—a claim that is clearly untrue. Items removed: 3-seater couch (disassembly/assembly) 4 chairs (x2) 2 office tables 1 dressoir 2 big cabinets 1 closet (disassembly/assembly) 1 TV stand 2 coffee tables 1 dining table 1 open bookshelf (2 pieces) 1 king size bed (220×200, disassembly/assembly) 1 single bed (disassembly/assembly) 1 mattress 1 nightstand Additionally, I was charged an unexpected €400 for removing a traffic pole—never mentioned in the quote or email, only brought up a week before the move. After back-and-forth communication, I was given a 10% discount, along with a remark about how difficult I was as a client.

Incredible experience from the moment we booked online right until we said goodbye to the crew. Tom, Tom (yes 2 Toms) and Carlos were beyond professional. They made a stressful move feel so much easier and always said “don’t worry - we’ve got this”.
