Excellent company that cleared out my mother's house. During the clearing, we counted more residual waste than we had previously discussed, but it also took less time to sort everything out. They were very thoughtful about the cost. They also communicated very politely with my mother about her belongings, which would ultimately end up in the landfill. It was a last-minute job, and within a day we received a quote, and everything was cleared out within 10 days. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.

What a calm they radiate and how well they collaborate, or rather, how well they play together. They've been busy all day and not a single negative word. As a company, you can be lucky to have such people. And to think that we're only!!! halfway through the job. Tomorrow, some things still need to be taken down, including our bed. "Then you can still sleep well tonight." Rik Dieteren told us he would take care of everything for us. And he did. This afternoon I was able to sleep in my own bed. I lay on our bed with Marieke and reflected on the day and the skills of RD. We were able to recover...!! If the rest of the trip goes as well... We're going to have a bite to eat with our neighbor. A farewell dinner. Partir c'est mourir un peu.

After requesting a quote, I wasn't called back until the afternoon, at a terribly inconvenient time. This greatly irritated the employee. Moreover, it was clear they considered the hour-long travel time for our move far too much trouble, so they're already charging a ridiculous amount for travel expenses. An incredibly rude company; they won't even bother requesting a quote unless you live two streets away in Roermond and have all the time in the world to speak to their part-timers whenever it suits them. Then, incidentally, the equally rude boss called me back after complaining to "certified movers," which this company doesn't belong with at all. Completely hopeless from start to finish.
