I called Nobbe. We made an appointment to meet BEFORE noon to discuss some things. I called him at 9:00 to ask if it was possible to meet earlier because we also had an appointment elsewhere. He said it would be fine. 12:15: Nobbe was late and hadn't called or anything. That's why I called. He interrupted me; he was in Ruinerwold, so he was coming. I told him our next appointment was being disrupted and asked him if it would be advisable to reschedule. He was coming now or never. Excuse me? I was dismayed. I cautiously suggested that he was late without notice and that we should just cancel. Fine, goodbye, and he ended the call. What a service, rude and absolutely unhelpful. Jerky behavior.

We are very satisfied with Nobbe Removals! After several unsuccessful attempts with other movers, we ended up with Hendrik Nobbe. He was available at short notice, helped us plan the entire move, and was very flexible. Our belongings are now in storage with him. All in all, excellent service, very flexible and helpful, and an excellent result.

He seemed nice, but under stress, he turned out to be in a bad mood and very rude. He was careless with my belongings, and I had minor damage everywhere. Now, a few months later, and the summer holidays are over, I finally understand the full extent of the damage, including the items in the garage, including my camping gear. Several things turned out to be broken. I didn't enjoy the move or the mover.

We asked him for help mid-afternoon, and he arrived by the end of the afternoon. He did a fantastic job and gave absolutely 110%!
