They promised a competitive price on whatsapp and scheduled the service for 1 mover after checking how many items. Afterwards they asked for more money and mentioned they ‘assumed I would have friends to help’ And then they added another limitation ‘if you exceed this hour you will pay for an additional one’ Be aware of the fact that they provide a competitive price without providing details and then ask for extra money. The mover though was very professional, efficient and had a really great positive attitude.
Very nice guys, they come at least to 3 and get things done in no time. Be prepared to have your own covers and tools to disassemble and reassemble and they are very useful and happy to help.
I asked them only a day in advance to remove sone laminates and they came on time and removed them quickly. I also had some bookshelves and they helped me with it as well without creating any issue. Totally recommended.
MBI was very good with helping me move. Communication was easy via what’s app. They reached on time and the move was very efficient. All glass items were wrapped safely in the truck and it was a speedy process. Recommend!
A True Nightmare I confirmed a move with MBI 14 days prior to the scheduled date. I received a quote that included the pricing and the estimated size of the transport. Additionally, I requested a street lift and assembly/disassembly service, which were both added to the quote. Ten days before the move, I re-confirmed everything. And then things really started to go downhill: One day before the move, I received a call asking to postpone the delivery to the next day due to a lack of available lifts. I refused, so the moving company delayed the move by two hours and (without informing me) increased the lift price from €139/hour to €169/hour. They changed the schedule and pricing just one day before the move. Because of the delay, I began disassembling my furniture myself—almost everything was disassembled. In hindsight, that turned out to be a very smart move. When the movers arrived—in a small AVIS rental van (not a company vehicle)—they were completely unaware that they were supposed to disassemble anything and were unprepared for it. Furthermore, they didn’t bring any tools, despite the quote explicitly stating that they would. Sensing something was wrong, I asked them to confirm that the street lift was on-site. They weren’t even aware that a street lift was needed. Three hours later, after unloading the goods at my new home, one of them informed me that the assembly personnel could only stay for half an hour—for a 160 sqm, 5-person household. I declined the service, yet was still charged for it! Additionally, I was charged for an 8 km trip, while the actual distance between the two addresses is only 3 km (including any return trip). Over the following days, I had to assemble all the furniture myself, which was extremely time-consuming. To top it off, the owner insisted I pay before seeing the invoice. Why? What are you trying to hide?
