Poor service. The elevator's automatic controls broke after 15 minutes, meaning one of our friends had to spend the entire day operating the elevator. The movers had had enough by the afternoon and threw everything inside instead of putting it in. It was a complete mess. After the invoice, NO discount was given for the broken elevator or the free moving boxes... never saw or received them. Extremely poor service and assistance.
We were already very satisfied with the approach taken when we requested the move, including a comprehensive site visit and subsequent quote. We were even more satisfied with the approach on the day itself: very friendly staff who moved all our belongings from our old apartment to our new home with exceptional professionalism and care. Excellent organization, even better execution!
Absolutely no respect for other people's property or the city's. This company is too lazy to lay planks for their moving lift during the winter, completely ruining the lawn and leaving it a mud puddle. (See photos.)
Outrageously expensive company, furniture damaged, incorrectly or not assembled at all, refuses to compensate and even invokes incorrect terms and conditions to avoid responsibility.
