As someone over 75, you're looking for value and convenience when moving. After a few phone calls, we chose IBS, a moving company from Obdam. This was partly due to their excellent communication. This was evident both over the phone and during their visit to the loading address, where they took inventory of everything that needed to be moved to the unloading address. We were pleasantly surprised by the quote they provided and awarded them the contract. On moving day, the boss, Richard, arrived with two employees. After a tour of the house, everyone had their tasks in mind, and without further discussion, they got to work. Calmly, without any chatter, they disassembled and packed with the necessary skill and safety. We even stopped for coffee in between. At our request, they took discarded inventory to the recycling center. In short, we can look back on a fantastic experience with IBS, a moving company with excellent hands. Highly recommended. During a quality control course, I once learned "What is quality?" The answer: Going above and beyond the customer's expectations. And now I had the opportunity to experience that. Hats off!
We've moved for the second time in a year and a half. This time from North Holland to Friesland. These gentlemen can work miracles even in the narrowest streets. What craftsmanship and professionalism. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the challenging move, not a scratch on our belongings or house. Thanks mainly to you and your experience 15 months ago, we had complete confidence and didn't dread the move at all this time. Hats off and thank you so much.
