After good experiences with Geitenbeek in the past, things unfortunately went downhill. The initial contact went quite well. Willem Geitenbeek showed up that same afternoon and recorded everything, offering several helpful recommendations. The quote might take a while due to the holidays. Excellent. A few months and several phone calls later, I still haven't heard anything from them. When even the operator says "you're persistent" in yet another call where I tell them they haven't kept their promises, you know there's something fundamentally wrong with this company. It's a shame how things change.

This company is a real shame. We want to move abroad and thought about using a local provider. The gentleman showed up immediately, took notes, and it was no problem! Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything since. We called, and either there was no response or they said they were still awaiting an answer, but after two months, we're just giving up. Luckily, we started well in advance and contacted multiple providers. I would recommend this to everyone, but you might as well skip this one!

It sounds very amateurish if Van Geijtenbeek can't solve his internal problems. Please solve the case below with the totaled car. You get a big minus from me. I'll use a different moving company.
