There're a few websites leading to the same moving company boasting high professionalism and longevity on the market. We were supposed to use their services to move from Germany to the Netherlands next week. Now that we have to move out by May 1st, they're sending us a cancellation notice saying they cannot come due to the corona situation. Once we offered to take care of their testing, it turned out that the real problem was having booked another customer on the same date. The 'top-rated' company did not even try to offer a solution, simply wimped out. With a bit more than a week to go, we're struggling to find another international mover. We'll surely remember to avoid your unprofessional services in future.

We requested a quote via the website. We filled it out completely, and based on this information, they promised to provide a guideline price. Within five minutes, we received a call saying they'd be happy to come by. Not a problem in itself, but why fill in so much information about the number of items to be moved? A few days later, a "special man" appeared and began with the opening line: "So you're moving? Yes, there's a sold sign in the yard, and otherwise we won't let you in..." He once again took a room-by-room survey (so why am I filling out everything on your website?) and promised to send the quote by email. Well, a month and a half later, we're still waiting for the quote. We ended up going with a different moving company; they probably have too much work! It was a waste of our time.
