De Bresser Verhuizingen – Top Movers & Erkende Verhuizers

Organized a relocation with Crown and unfortunately these guys were the partner on arrival in Belgium. Despite offering to arrange a parking suspension on our road they insisted they would take care of it and our container would arrive at 8am the next day. 6am woken by the container driver who was angry about where to park. Cue complete chaos as our one way street was blocked at rush hour by our 40ft container lorry unable to park or turn around. No response from Henry S at the company. Police ended up redirecting traffic. Wonderful way to meet our new neighbors... and I've not heard anything from them since. The workers were really nice but the coordination from the office was shockingly poor.

Both on the day of picking up my things as well as delivering them, the agreed moving lift was not present. I ended up having to help the movers in the blistering summer heat in order to get the job done on time. Several items disappeared during the move. The boxes they were housed in were delivered, but part of the content was missing, of course only the valuable content.. very strange... Stoof De Bresser refused to acknowledge this and were completely unwilling to make amends or even discuss the matter. My company has since blacklisted Stoof De Bresser and I would advise anyone in need of a moving company to go elsewhere; it's just not worth the headache and the paranoia of wondering what else is missing that you haven't noticed.

I've used the men from De Bresser several times for both business and residential moves. They're neat and efficient workers. A great company to hire for moving jobs!
